About the site
The Small Scale Modelling website is an online database of braille scale (mainly 1/72nd) kits. The goal of the site is to have the complete list of kits and aftermarket parts and a list showing which AM parts can be used with which kits. As we try to keep track of new kits coming out, the website can also be used as a source of news from the scale modelling industry.
Whenever we get the chance of getting our hands on an interesting new kit, we will write a preview and post photos. When we get the time, we build the kit and write a review. If we find an interesting review or article somewhere, we link the kits in our database to the review/article. If you, the visitor, have some interesting articles, links, reviews, etc. you would like posted on the site, please feel free to do so. Visit the sign up page.

We do not sell small scale model kits, this site is a small scale model database.
We have not built all the kits and we have not tested all the aftermarket parts in our database, so please follow the instructions that was part of the kits you build. Please only use the information from this site as a 'second opinion'. We do not claim to be experts, and will not be held responsible for any problems you might have with a kit because you choose to disregard the instructions from the manufacturer.
